Proof of Residential Address

Pulsz may ask for proof of your residential address. The document should be issued within the last 3 months and should show the information required for the current verification request.

• Your full name should be visible.
• Your residential address should be visible.
• The document issue date should be visible.
• The document should be dated within the last 3 months.

A bank statement or lease can be used as proof of residential address when it meets the current Pulsz verification requirements.

What Happens While Checks Are Pending

Verification can remain pending while required checks or requested documents are still being reviewed. Pulsz may restrict account activity during that period.
