How Pulsz Prize Redemption Works

The confirmed prize-redemption process starts with Redeem. From there, choose a redemption option that is available to your account and follow the method-specific steps.

1. Open Redeem.
2. Review the redemption options available to your account.
3. Choose an available route such as Online Banking or Gift Card redemption.
4. Complete the steps required for that method.
5. Confirm the redemption request.
6. Complete any verification, review or approval requirements that follow.

Method availability can vary, so use the options shown in the current redemption flow rather than assuming every method is available on every account.

Gift Card and Skrill Redemption

Gift Card and Skrill redemption have different conditions. Gift Card redemption depends on the option being available, while Skrill has a confirmed prior-purchase requirement.

For Gift Card redemption, choose Redeem as Gift Card when that option is available. Select an available Gift Card and amount, then confirm the request.

Skrill redemption requires a previous Skrill purchase. Even when that prerequisite is satisfied, Skrill should only be used when the method is available to the account.

Bank Transfer Redemption Options

For an available bank redemption, open Redeem, choose Redeem Cash Prize and then open Bank Transfers. The bank-transfer flow can include Trustly or Standard ACH when those options are offered.

After selecting an available bank-transfer option, confirm the redemption request. The request is still subject to verification, review and approval.

Every Pulsz redemption request is subject to verification, review and approval. A submitted request can therefore require additional information or account verification before a final decision is made.

• Complete all required redemption steps.
• Do not treat submission as automatic approval.
• Complete requested actions within the applicable time period.

Verification requirements can include account checks and supporting information when the applicable review process requires them.

The 90-Day Redemption Request Rule

You have 90 days from a Pulsz redemption request to provide requested information and complete required steps.

• The 90-day period applies to requested information and required redemption steps.
• A request can remain pending while required actions are incomplete.
• A request pending for more than 90 days can be automatically declined when the stated conditions apply.
• The rule does not mean every request is automatically declined exactly on day 90.

The outcome depends on whether the applicable requirements remain incomplete or another stated condition for the auto-decline rule applies.

After an Applicable Auto-Decline

When the applicable auto-decline rule is triggered, the relevant Virtual Coins are returned to the account. Pulsz also allows a new redemption request to be submitted afterward.

Required Steps Were Not Completed

If requested information or required steps remain incomplete for more than 90 days, the redemption request can be automatically declined under the stated conditions.

The Request Is Auto-Declined

When the applicable auto-decline rule applies, the relevant Virtual Coins are returned to the account.

Virtual Coins Are Returned

Returned Virtual Coins do not mean that a later request will be approved automatically. Any new request still follows the normal redemption-review process.

A New Request Is Submitted

You can submit a new redemption request after an applicable auto-decline. The new request is again subject to verification, review and approval.
